Why Most Service Websites Fail Before the First Scroll

The first screen decides whether users stay or leave. If the value proposition is unclear above the fold, most visitors bounce before they explore what you actually offer.
1. Clarity Beats Decoration
Your hero should answer three questions immediately: who is this for, what outcome do you provide, and what should the user do next.

3. Test for 5-Second Understanding
If a first-time visitor cannot explain your offer in one sentence after five seconds, your hero section needs restructuring before any design refinements.
