These Terms & Conditions govern access to the WebGrowthStudio website and use of services delivered by WebGrowthStudio. By using this site or requesting services, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply to all users of this website and to client relationships unless replaced by a signed agreement. In case of conflict, signed project agreements prevail for that project.
2. Services
WebGrowthStudio provides digital services including web design, web development, SEO, and related consulting. Project deliverables, timelines, and technical scope are defined in proposals and/or service agreements.
3. Quotes, Payment, and Invoicing
- Prices and estimates are provided in writing and are valid only for the period stated in the proposal.
- Work may begin only after acceptance of scope and required initial payment.
- Invoices must be paid within the stated due date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may pause delivery timelines.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Ensure lawful rights to all submitted text, visuals, trademarks, and third-party materials.
- Review milestones and provide feedback within agreed review windows.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, source materials owned by each party remain their property. Final project deliverables are transferred according to the signed agreement after full payment. WebGrowthStudio may display non-confidential project work in portfolio materials unless contractually restricted.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use this website for unlawful activity, security abuse, automated scraping that impacts availability, or any attempt to interfere with website operation.
7. Warranties and Liability
Services are provided with professional care, but no guarantee is made for specific business outcomes unless explicitly agreed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebGrowthStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Third-Party Services
Projects may integrate third-party platforms or tools. Their availability, policy changes, pricing, and outages are outside our direct control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate work according to the signed agreement. Fees for completed milestones and approved work remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
